French Dessert Making and Mixology

Description
Participants will learn about the French culture as well as mixology culture infused with Singapore vibes, through a workshop that combines the making of Crème Brulée and drinks-mixing with Basil.

Join The Style Atelier as we take you on an adventure to explore heritage through food with Celebrity Chef and Mixologist Ethan Leslie Leong.

Ethan consults for numerous F&B establishments such as Haagen Dazs worldwide, a five-star resort in the Maldives and some parts of Asia.

Maison Ikkoku is a chic restaurant and bar that combines art, culture, and lifestyle to deliver a unique experience.
